Shipping Policy

During the Holiday season all orders will ship within 5 - 7 business days upon receipt of order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Carriers are still working actively to deliver but there may still be service impacts, please expect delays when shipping internationally.

Please Note: Your order may encounter unforeseen delays in arriving due to the pandemic as well as severe weather related conditions in those states where hubs for shipping and transportation are headquartered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Transit times displayed are estimates given to us by however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled. If you pay for expedited shipping and we ship your order within our order fulfillment window we are not responsible for delays by the shipping provider. Our fulfillment time frame cannot be expedited. 

 

Bowes Signature Candles is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays 

Our website banner displays the current estimated fulfillment window for ordering. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with the shipper to open an investigation.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.

 

WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost will be calculated during check out. 

 If items are being returned or exchanged you will be responsible for the additional shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping internationally. For further inquiries on orders outside of this region, please email us at info@bowessignaturecandle.com.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Bowes Signature Candles is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
